"In fact, growing evidence suggests that moderate coffee consumption may reduce the risk of some diseases such as diabetes, liver cancer, and possibly stroke." From this study, nearly 35,000 women aged 49-83 to follow a healthy diet than a decade.
This suggests that those who reported drinking at least a cup of coffee a day, has improved the health risk of stroke from 22 percent to 25 percent lower risk of stroke than those who drank less.
